Andrew Healy Takes SPM 305

Andrew Healy of Newark, DE has decided to take Sports Media Relations for Modular 1 of the Spring Semester. In May of 2008 Andrew graduated from Alexis I. DuPont High School, where he was a three year letter winner for the varsity lacrosse team.  Through his hard work and dedication on the lacrosse field, Andrew was awarded the Philip Cameron Demesse Award for his outstanding leadership. After weighing his options for college, Andrew decided to further his education at Wilmington University. Originally a Business Management Major, Andrew now studies Sports Management in hopes of one day working for a professional sports team. A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, Andrew’s dream job consists of working for any department within the Philadelphia Phillies organization. Andrew currently works as a Supervisor in the Youth Sports Department at the Hockessin Athletic Club where he enjoys coaching young athletes and helping people reach their goals. When asked about Mr. Healy, Mike Godwin replied, “Andrew is a very studious individual who takes his work very seriously. I believe he will be very successful in whatever career path he chooses.”
