Quattro Joins SPM 305 by Jazette Lane-English

Jackie Quattro is currently a full-time student at Wilmington University. She is a Sports Management major and expects to graduate with a Bachelors Degree in May 2012. Immediately following graduation, she will pursue her Masters Degree at a local university. Quattro intends to land a job with either the Philadelphia Phillies or the Kansas City Chiefs in baseball operations. She has aspirations of ultimately becoming the General Manager for one of the aforementioned clubs.

Quattro is a Delaware native and has lived in Newark, DE her whole life. She comes from a family of sports fanatics, but baseball is her first love. While she has never actually played baseball, she has been a fan since the first grade after being introduced to the sport by her parents. She has always had an interest in the details behind the scenes that are necessary to successfully execute a sporting event. She will gain first-hand experience this summer in Game Day Operations at the Blue Rocks.

Jackie Quattro is an excellent student who is not afraid of hard work. She has the drive, ambition, and creativity that it takes to excel in the world of sports management. Quattro is the perfect example of preparation awaiting opportunity. “Jackie Quattro”, you will probably see her name in lights some day!
